Grand Hotel Primus has already hosted a number of football teams that were guest players in Sports Center Kidričevo. Team coaches prefer if football fields are in the vicinity of the hotel. Because of the availability of the land within the complex of Terme Ptuj, there has been a long growing desire to build a sports complex, which would further enrich the local sports tourism. The benefit of this project would be a heating system of green fields with waste thermal water. Grand Hotel Primus would also be appealing to tourist even in less busy months (early January – mid-March).
